The Pantry of the Americas: A Chefs' Table Experience.

Alma Cocina Latina’s Executive Chef Hector Romero (Venezuela) is collaborating with Guest Chef Kender Lozano (Mexico) of Pujol to create a one of a kind two night dinner series, The Pantry of the Americas: A Chefs’ Table Experience. This event will offer an extraordinary fusion of Venezuela and Mexico’s ancestral culinary traditions where the chefs will guide guests through a menu that blends native ingredients from their homelands with poetic inspiration, transforming familiar flavors into an elevated cultural and sensory experience.

Chef Hector Romero has spent over two decades studying Venezuela’s terroir and its diverse native ingredients, establishing himself as an authority in the region’s culinary landscape. Joining him is Kender Lozano, a rising star who is the current sous chef at Pujol, Mexico City’s legendary restaurant. Together, they will craft an unforgettable menu that bridges the heritage of their respective countries in a celebration of Latin American cuisine.
