Baltimore, MD – The highly anticipated Baltimore Tattoo Arts Festival, presented by Villain Arts, returns April 24–26, 2026, bringing an unforgettable weekend of tattooing, entertainment and artistry to the city.
Taking place at the Baltimore Convention Center, this three-day event gathers hundreds of the world’s most talented tattoo artists under one roof. Attendees can get tattooed on-site, meet renowned artists, and experience the vibrant tattoo culture firsthand.
From bold traditional designs to hyper-realistic masterpieces, artists will showcase a wide range of styles and techniques. Whether you’re getting your first tattoo or adding to your collection, this event offers a rare opportunity to be tattooed by top-tier artists from around the globe.
Beyond tattooing, the festival features electrifying entertainment including sideshow performances, live human suspension, and interactive acts that push the limits of performance art. A variety of vendors will also be on-site offering apparel, artwork, and tattoo-related merchandise.
Tattoo contests will take place throughout the weekend, highlighting the best work created live at the show. Categories include crowd favorites like Tattoo of the Day (Color & Black & Grey) along with numerous specialty awards judged by industry professionals.
The Baltimore Tattoo Arts Festival is open to all ages, with tattooing available for attendees 18+ with valid ID.
