Intro to Leatherworking: Make a Bookmark & Keychain

In this class, participants will be provided with pre-cut leather for 2 small projects. 1 keychain, and 1 bookmark. Participants will be taught how to thread a needle and saddle stitch the items. The instructor will guide the class in the technique before starting the projects 15-30 minutes. There will be a variety of colors to choose from. Each student will pick the project color they want to work on ~5 minutes. The remainder of the time students will stitch their items with floating instructor to assist as needed.

Appropriate for ages 14+, bilateral fine motor coordination intact.
