The Baltimore Visitor Center is a modern and welcoming, state-of-the-art space where Baltimore visitors and residents can obtain information about Baltimore. Highly trained and professional staff and volunteers provide one-on-one personalized visitor information services, reservations and ticketing services.
New displays house more than 200 brochures, visitor guides and maps, along with mobile device charging stations and glass display cases containing samples of works of art from city museums and galleries. LED touchscreens provide visitors with information about attractions, museums, restaurants and lodging, including wayfinding. The gift shop here offers unique products from Baltimore makers you'll only find in Charm City.
The Visitor Center now provides FREE WI-FI to guests. Just select "VCenter Guest Wifi" and follow the directions to log in.
The Baltimore Visitor Center is Now a Contract Postal Unit
The Baltimore Visitor Center is open seven days a week March through December, and six days a week in January and February. The center offers shipping services, packaging products, stamps and more, and is located at 401 Light Street, Baltimore, Maryland, 21202 in the Baltimore Inner Harbor. The last pickup occurs at 4:45 p.m. Monday – Friday and at 3 p.m. on Saturday.
