Celebrate the holiday season in Charm City
There’s so much to see and experience in Baltimore during the holiday season. If you’re looking for a little help planning a magical day or weekend in the city, follow the links below, or read on for some seasonal highlights:
Grab your ice skates (or a rental) starting Nov. 1 when the Inner Harbor Ice Rink returns to the waterfront, and enjoy special performances by skating troupes and appearances by Santa throughout the season. Foodies and families will love the German Christmas Village, taking over the Inner Harbor’s West Shore Park Nov. 23 through Dec. 24 with authentic German cuisine, handmade gifts and fun activities, including appearances by the original Christkind from Nuremburg, Germany. If Griswoldian light displays are what you love, head to Hampden and stroll through the neighborhood’s beloved Miracle on 34th Street. The showcase of illuminated holiday cheer runs Nov. 30 through Jan. 1. If you're looking for even more holiday cheer, check out our complete guide to holiday events.
