2025 Waves of Change STEM Global Competitiveness Conference

Now in its 30th year, the Waves of Change STEM Global Competitiveness Conference brings together innovators, professionals, students, and leaders committed to advancing excellence in science technology, engineering, and math.

Taking place both in person at the Baltimore Convention Center and online through our immersive digital platform, the conference features three days of learning, networking, and celebration. Highlights include keynote sessions, leadership panels, professional development workshops, the WOC STEM Awards, and the free WOC STEM Career Fair and Tech Expo.
