Adelle Waldman is the author of the novels, Help Wanted, published by W.W. Norton in March of 2024, and The Love Affairs of Nathaniel P., which was published by Henry Holt in 2013 and was named one of that year’s best books by The New Yorker, The Economist, The New Republic, NPR, Slate, Bookforum, The Guardian and others. Her writing has appeared in The New Yorker, The New York Times Book Review, The Wall Street Journal, and many other publications. She lives in New York’s Hudson Valley with her husband and daughter.

Emma Snyder is the owner of The Ivy Bookshop and Bird in Hand Coffee & Books in Baltimore, Maryland. The former Executive Director of the PEN/Faulkner Foundation, she holds an MFA in Fiction from the University of Wisconsin.
