Baltimore Writers’ Conference Saturday, Nov. 4 8 a.m.-5 p.m. College of Liberal Arts, 4th floor, Towson University The Baltimore Writers’ Conference returns after a four-year pandemic hiatus with keynote speaker award-winning journalist, author and speaker, Eric Weiner. Weiner’s most recent book, The Socrates Express, won the 2022 Towson University Prize for Literature. Actor Rainn Wilson’s new Peacock TV series, The Geography of Bliss, is based on Weiner’s New York Times bestselling book of the same title. Weiner is a former foreign correspondent for NPR.
