B&O Farmers Market
The B&O Farmers Market will be returning this Thursday for its third year. In partnership with the Fell’s Point Farmers Market, the two parties plan to come together to provide a community-centered shopping experience in the front parking lot of the B&O Railroad Museum. The farmers market will be open from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM on Thursdays from May 19 through September 29. Founder and on-site manager of the Fell’s Point Farmers Market, Merritt Dworkin, plans to bring a variety of vendors to the B&O Railroad Museum – some of which have been featured in Fell’s Point Farmers Market and others who will be new to the community.
The market plans to serve as a one-stop shop for fresh local produce, flowers, crafts and a variety of food and desserts. The front lot of the museum at 901 W. Pratt Street offers free on-site parking for cars and ease of access for anyone traveling by bike or on foot.
