Book Signing + Happy Hour with Jamia Wilson, MAKE GOOD TROUBLE

Presenting a Friday evening book signing with Jamia Wilson, in celebration of her most recent book, MAKE GOOD TROUBLE! MAKE GOOD TROUBLE is inspired by civil rights activist and congressman John Lewis’s call to challenge injustice. This engaging and informative handbook features more than 70 narratives of global activism throughout history―including the Newsboys’ strike of 1899, the Freedom Summer Project of 1964, Greta Thunberg’s first School Strike for Climate, and students against book banning. Packed with history to inspire you, and resources to guide your future action, this is a book for people of all ages and uniquely suited for our present moment.

Drop by any time between 5-7 p.m. to pick up a copy for yourself or a friend and meet the inspiring author herself. We’ll see you there!
