Charm City Live
Charm City Live is a free, one-day festival hosted at War Memorial Plaza in downtown Baltimore. The festival features national artists and local-food and merchandise vendors who display and offer goods and services to thousands of attendees. In addition to world-class musicians, Charm City Live will offer food vendors, local merchants, and a hiring fair to connect residents in need of employment with job openings in city government.
KNOW BEFORE YOU GO
Baltimore is ready to welcome the 4th Annual Charm City Live on Saturday, September 20, 2025. But before you head down to War Memorial Plaza, there are a few things to prepare for, so you can safely enjoy the music and food.
Since War Memorial Plaza is in Baltimore City’s downtown core, you will use one of two entrances and both entrances will have security checkpoints. The “north entrance” will be on Gay Street, just south of E. Saratoga St, and the “south entrance” will be on Gay St, just north of E. Baltimore St.
The following items will not be allowed inside the festival, so please leave them at home or in your vehicles:
- Weapons of any kind, including mace
- Outside food or drink
- Large bags (if you have medicine, please place in a small clear bag)
- Backpacks
- Professional cameras (GoPros are OK)
- Recording devices
