Color & Center: A Hypnotic Experience

Color & Center is an elevated in-person hypnotic experience for women who know there is more for them. There is a gap between where you are and where you want to be, and no matter how much you’ve learned or tried, that gap hasn’t fully closed. If you’ve been feeling mentally overloaded, emotionally stretched, or frustrated by the disconnect between knowing what to do and actually moving forward, this experience was created for you.

Through guided subconscious work, breathwork, light hypnosis, and meditative coloring, Color & Center helps quiet mental noise, soften limiting beliefs, and create the internal space needed for greater clarity, direction, and alignment. This is not your average women’s empowerment gathering or a casual coloring session. It is an intentional, immersive experience designed to help you step out of your comfort zone, reconnect with yourself, and begin bridging that gap in a way that feels natural, grounded, and real.
