John “Comedian Johnny Boy“ Griffin is a well known comedian from Baltimore, MD. His comedy career started at Morgan State University where he also received a degree in Multimedia Platform Production . In addition to being a comedian, he is also an actor, director, and writer. John has performed in over 30 cities at different comedy clubs, colleges, and live entertainment events nationwide.
John has worked for companies such as HBO, PARAMOUNT, APPLE TV, MARVEL STUDIOS and NETFLIX. He received special appearances in “WE OWN THE CITY” and “LADY IN THE LAKE” TV Series.
Outside of being an entertainer, John is an active member in his community. Previously working with organizations like CIVIC WORKS, LIL LAUGHS, and B360. John uses real life experiences and situations to express his comedic story telling style of comedy.
