GRAMMY® award-winner David Sánchez is recognized around the world as one of the finest saxophonists of his generation. His mastery of the instrument is undeniable and his sound unmistakable. Combine that with Sánchez’s deep-seated knowledge and experience of both Jazz and Latin music and the results are extraordinary! Sánchez’s unique artistic sensibility was greatly influenced by his home base of Puerto Rico, where he began playing instruments at age 8. David has played and recorded with Eddie Palmieri, Dizzy Gillespie, Kenny Barron, Roy Hargrove, Pat Metheny & Elvin Jones, and is currently a mainstay of the SFJazz Collective with Warren Wolf, as well as being a highly in-demand bandleader.

A highly sought-after drummer, John “Lil’ John” Roberts thrives in the industry as the ultimate heartbeat. A native of= Philadelphia, John quickly became noted as a child prodigy, playing alongside Christian McBride and Joey Defranceso at the age of 16. Lil John Roberts has toured and recorded extensively with Janet Jackson, Prince, Sheila E, Mary J. Blige, Elton John, Al Green, BB King, Paula Abdul, Ne-Yo, Jill Scott, Jamie Foxx, Snoop Dog, Frank McComb, Mos Def, Common, Earth, Wind and Fire, George Duke, George Benson, Everette Harp, James Ingram, Michael Jackson, Snarky Puppy, Stevie Wonder, DJ Jazzy Jeff, Herbie Hancock, Kirk Whalum, Najee, Anthony David and a host of others. He is currently the Head of the Drum Department at Berklee College of Music.

Warren Wolf has established himself as the foremost straight-ahead vibraphonist of his time, a bop torchbearer well equipped to carry the mantle of forebears like Bobby Hutcherson and Milt Jackson. A multi-instrumentalist from Baltimore, MD, Warren Wolf is one of the hardest swinging virtuosos in all of modern music.
