Disney Institute Brings 1-Day Professional Development Course to Baltimore Metro for First Time on 8/9
Disney Institute, the professional development team for Disney Parks, Experiences and Products, will bring its renowned one-day training course, Disney’s Approach to Business Excellence, to the Baltimore metro area for the first time ever on August 9.
Disney creates magic for millions of guests visiting its parks every year, and, this event, in Hanover, MD, at Cinemark Egyptian 24 & XD, will pull the curtain back and share business insights on the company’s time-tested practices.
Presented live and in-person by Disney Institute facilitators, Disney’s Approach to Business Excellence course will offer participants the opportunity to discover proven Disney business practices that can be adapted and applied to their own organizations to achieve greater results. During the eight-hour session, participants will explore three key pillars in Disney’s success: leadership, employee engagement and service.
