Easter Brunch at Rec Pier Chop House – Sagamore Pendry Baltimore

This Easter, Rec Pier Chop House at Sagamore Pendry Baltimore will host a festive Easter brunch alongside a family-friendly Easter egg hunt and live gospel music. The brunch will feature a $125 prix fixe menu with specials from Chef Mike Grande and an extensive dessert buffet. The Easter egg hunt will begin at 11:30 am in the hotel’s courtyard for children 10 and under.

First course options include the Crab Stuffed Deviled Eggs topped with mustard seed, fingerling potato chips, and chives; the Whipped Ricotta Toast finished with strawberries, pistachios, blood orange, and aged balsamic; and the Pizza Chiena, a classic Italian “Easter Pie” dish topped with fennel Toscano salami, scamorza, pecorino, and mizuna salad. Enhancements such as East Coast Oysters, Crab Claws, and a Maryland Blue Crab Cake are available for an additional cost.

For the second course, guests may choose from options such as the Overnight Roasted Lamb Shoulder served alongside traditional Nothern Italian Frico potatoes and rapini pesto; the Pane al Latte French Toast made with Frangelico custard, roasted blueberries, hazelnut, and whipped ricotta; or the Linguini Fini made with jumbo lump crab cake, jalapeño, and garlic-tomato crema. Side options like the Rec Pier Chop House Bacon or the sweet Tiramisu Bombolini are available at an additional cost. For dessert, guests can choose from an assortment of chocolate treats from the chef’s buffet of holiday sweets.
