Elbridge Colby: The Case for Prioritizing Taiwan Over Ukraine

Colby, Former Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Strategy and Force Development at the Department of Defense, will deliver an address entitled “The Case for Prioritizing Taiwan Over Ukraine“ before the Baltimore Council on Foreign Affairs on Monday, November 6, 2023.
