Fashion Meets Art Weekend
BALTIMORE — Fashionistas, art lovers and creatives of all kinds: mark your calendars! On Friday, August 15, and Saturday, August 16, Baltimore Arts Realty Corporation (BARCO) will host Fashion Meets Art Weekend, a vibrant, two-day cultural experience celebrating the 10th anniversary of Motor House, Baltimore’s leading creative hub.
The weekend will spotlight the powerful intersection of fashion, art, and community through interactive workshops, panel discussions, a high-energy runway show, and a creative after party. From sustainable design to DIY street style, Fashion Meets Art Weekend offers something for everyone whether you are a designer, maker, artist, or supporter of the city’s thriving creative scene.
Events include a vendor fair, sustainable brooch-making workshop, panel on Baltimore’s fashion legacy, a premiere runway showcase, and an after party that celebrates bold self-expression. Most events are free or low-cost and open to the public.
Proceeds from Fashion Meets Art Weekend will support ongoing programming and fundraising efforts at Motor House, helping to ensure that this vital space continues to serve Baltimore’s creative community for years to come.
