For this class, Pam Miller of Charlottetown Farm will be demonstrating how to make mozzarella cheese, yogurt and fudge with goat milk! Pam will discuss the history of her business and cheese making while demonstrating her craft. Participants will receive samples and handouts on how to make each item at home and will have the opportunity to purchase Pam’s products at the end of the workshop!
