More than just mixing ingredients, you’ll gain hands-on experience in dough kneading, wrapping and pleating, ensuring your dumplings are not only tasty but visually appealing. Finally, you’ll learn how to concoct an irresistible dipping sauce with soy sauce, brown sugar, rice wine vinegar and a hint of lemon juice.
