Painting Blue Crabs w/ Artist Stacy Lund Levy

Come and paint Maryland’s favorite crustacean with exhibiting artist Stacy Lund Levy in this 2.5 hour intermediate watercolor class! Stacy is an incredible artist, illustrator and instructor with quite the exhibition record. This is your chance to learn from a master of the medium, experiment with watercolors, and to push the limits of your painting skills. In this class, we will focus on creating lights and darks in a rainbow of color. Water and a limited palette of six paint colors will be needed to begin your creative journey. Basic watercolor experience required. We look forward to having you at Manor Mill for this special one time class!

Ages 16+

Manor Mill will Provide: Basic Watercolor paper 140 lb. – 9” x 12” (up to 3 sheets per person) Watercolor brushes, Pencils, Paper towels, Water cups, & palettes

Recommended Materials: 6 Watercolor paint tubes: Alizarin Crimson, Ultramarine blue, Cobalt Blue, Quinacridone Gold (yellow), Yellow Ochre, & Burnt sienna , #8, #10, or #12 Watercolor brushes.
