Phil Vassar

Piano-driven country storytelling takes center stage with Phil Vassar, whose melodic style pairs heartfelt lyrics with lively hooks. Before launching his own recording career, Vassar wrote songs recorded by Alan Jackson, Tim McGraw and Jo Dee Messina; as a performer, he became known for hits including “Carlene,” “Six-Pack Summer” and “Just Another Day in Paradise.” A two-time ASCAP Country Songwriter of the Year, he brings a deep catalog and an engaging, sing-along spirit to the stage—an inviting night for fans of sharp songwriting and country favorites.
