ResFest - Reservoir Hill Resource Fair & Music Festival

Reservoir Hill’s big community block party is BACK on August 23, 2026! We’re thrilled to announce the 21st Annual Reservoir Hill Resource Fair & Music Festival – a day of live music, local resources, free giveaways, and fun for all ages!

What started as a neighborhood resource fair has grown into one of Reservoir Hill’s favorite annual traditions where neighbors, local organizations, artists, and businesses come together to celebrate everything that makes our community special.

We’re still putting the finishing touches on this year’s event, but you can expect 50+ resource and community vendors; FREE resources including groceries and our annual Backpack & School Supply Giveaway; a flea market; Storytellers Book Fair hosted by Partnerships in Literacy; delicious offerings from local food trucks (Bird Box Express, Keyvin’s Kitchen, & more), and engaging activities for the whole family.

Born out of a need for access and equity, the Reservoir Hill Resource Fair began in 2005 as a way to connect West Baltimore residents with vital services—healthcare, education, housing, and food. Two decades later, it has grown into ResFest: a joyful, high-energy festival that reflects the power, pride, and potential of our neighborhoods. ResFest is Reservoir Hill’s largest community celebration—drawing hundreds of residents, families, and local leaders for a day filled with live music, youth activities, local vendors, and over 50 resource providers offering free essentials and support.
