Shiitake Log Inoculation with Spore and Seed
Join Courtney from Spore and Seed for a comprehensive lesson on log grown shiitake mushrooms. We will cover everything from log selection, preparations, care, storage, inoculation and harvest. Participants will inoculate a log to take home with them along with care instructions.
