Story-Worthy Food Series: Chapter 1 - Vilma's Salvadoran and Belizean Cuisine
Join us on March 24 as Mera launches our Story-Worthy Food Series. Each month, different members of our team will curate a special menu reflecting the pieces from their life and journey that have shaped them and brought them to Baltimore.
Vilma will kick us off for Chapter 1 on March 24-March 28 sharing a menu full of Salvadoran and Belizean cuisine like lamb pupusas, shrimp and banana boat sandwiches and Bistec Encebolladas with ribeye.
This menu will be served alongside our usual Mera menu. Items will be available for dine-in and take-out from Tuesday – Saturday. Reservations are not needed.
This series is about the human story of where we come from, how we travel and what we carry with us. Does a conversation change what we eat? Or does what we eat change the conversation?
