STEVEN “FRESH” STRAUGHTER (LEAD Vocalist) has many musical talents as a Vocalist, Drummer and DJ at an early age. FRESH has performed in Las Vegas, as well as many cities in the U.S and local venues in the DMV. FRESH credits his influences in his style of singing of artists including Teddy Pendergrass, Marvin Jr of the Dells with his eccentric style and voice range. FRESH Voice reminds you of Dennis Edwards and David Ruffin for their unique styles. FRESH has also performed with the National Recording Group, “HEATWAVE”, “BLUE NOTES”, and “Voices of Motown”.
Michael Muse is a native of Washington DC, National Recording Vocalist. Muse started his professional career as the lead vocalist for Rare Essence at the age of 16 and penned their second single release “Back Up Against The Wall”. Michael Muse embodies the best traditions of R&B/Soul music as a vocalist, songwriter and producer. He is the son of the legendary New York Jazz Musician “Chuck Henley” Muse is also known in the DC music community as the most prolific vocalist in GoGo history paving the way for most vocalist in GoGo today. Since the passing of the late, great William Poogie Hart, Muse has stepped into the role as the lead singer for the legendary Delfonics.
Crosswinds – Kenneth Robinson, Davante Robinson & Joseph Wiggins, Vocalists, Baltimore natives, have the ability to blend classic R&B with contemporary sounds that is truly impressive. They have been influenced by the Delfonics, Ray Goodman & Brown, Blue Magic, The Stylistics, Softones and many more.
