To launch our new partnership with the Baltimore City Chamber of Commerce, The Greater Baltimore Cultural Alliance (GBCA) is excited to announce a special happy hour event happening on Thursday, March 30, from 6 – 8 p.m., at Urban Reads Bookstore located at 3008 Greenmount Avenue, Baltimore, MD.⁣⁣
