BOPA produces special events for citizens and visitors, including Artscape, the Baltimore Book Festival, sports competitions, parades, festivals, concerts, fireworks and family and holiday celebrations. It also manages the Top of the World Observation Level and the Cloisters and School 33 Art Center.
