The Collab

We are a full Restaurant and Bakery that is a collaboration of a British Pastry Chef and an American Chef. This combination brings to Baltimore a fusion of flavors and textures in comfort food. We’ve curated a menu that brings you elevated simple foods from chicken wings to grilled snapper Cajun linguine and sweet potato bread pudding or a truly British pastry Bakewell tart and Sticky toffee pudding. We also offer catering services and our catering menu can be found on EzCater, our website or by calling us directly. We have a beautiful space that can be used for private events. We offer brunch services on Saturday currently reservations only and High Tea on Sundays, also reservations only.
