54th Annual Washington Monument Lighting

Kick off the holiday season with the 54th anniversary of the Monument Lighting in Mount Vernon Place, presented by the Mount Vernon Place Conservancy. Illuminating the historic Washington Monument is a holiday tradition. The night includes caroling, food and good cheer. Fireworks cap the evening marking the official start of the holiday season.
