ALONE... Tales from Edgar Allan Poe

Returning to Baltimore by popular demand, Daniel Hall Kuhn presents his critically acclaimed multimedia solo production, ALONE… Tales from Edgar Allan Poe.

Rather than portraying Poe himself, Kuhn enters the minds of the author’s narrators and characters, drawing audiences into their grief, fear, obsession, love, and madness. Live acting combines with projected environments, sound, lighting, and atmospheric effects to bring works including “The Tell-Tale Heart,” “The Raven,” “Annabel Lee,” “A Dream Within a Dream,” and “Alone” vividly—and disturbingly—to life.

Maryland Theatre Guide called the production “a masterpiece.” ALONE… has received enthusiastic responses from audiences in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and South Carolina and now returns to Baltimore Theatre Project for six performances, October 14–18.
