Beginner Weaving on a Rigid Heddle Loom

Learn how to weave a scarf on a rigid heddle loom in this 2-session class. (Sept 18 and Sept 25 at 11:30am) In the first session, skills covered will be learning about a rigid heddle loom, warping the loom, and practicing weaving your scarf. You will be able to take it home with you to finish it at your own pace. In the second session, you will learn how to remove it from the loom, and we’ll discuss various finishing techniques.

Materials required are two skeins of worsted-weight yarn. Upon enrollment, the instructor will contact you with further details about obtaining the correct yarn for your first scarf!
