The North loft is located on the 4th floor of The Garment Factory. Welcome to a thoughtfully designed office and lounge loft where comfort meets sophistication. The entrance is on the side of the building, through the alley, follow the signs for Loft.
ACCESIBILITY
North is a fully flat loft. The building has an elevator. There are two steps down to enter the lobby of the building. The entrance is on the side of the building, through the alley.
PARKING
There is metered street parking in front of the building. There is free parallel parking on Fleet St, and back-in parking on S. Conkling St heading towards the harbor.
