Free Fitness Classes with Propel
Join Propel Fitness Water this weekend as it kicks off free fitness classes throughout the month of June in Patterson Park – all in celebration of what they’re calling JOWO, or the Joy of Working Out.
Baltimoreons are invited to participate starting this Saturday, June 4 from 8 a.m. – 2 p.m. in classes that will range from HIIT to yoga to run clubs and more, led by local trainers like Gerard Coach G Burley, John Rojas, Dominiece Clifton, Marissa Walch, and Michelle Stafford.
