Free Fitness Classes with Propel

Join Propel Fitness Water this weekend as it kicks off free fitness classes throughout the month of June in Patterson Park – all in celebration of what they’re calling JOWO, or the “Joy of Working Out.”

Baltimoreons are invited to participate starting this Saturday, June 4 from 8 a.m. – 2 p.m. in classes that will range from HIIT to yoga to run clubs and more, led by local trainers like Gerard “Coach G” Burley, John Rojas, Dominiece Clifton, Marissa Walch, and Michelle Stafford.
