Krausening a firkin is a traditional German technique to naturally carbonate and condition beer.

A firkin is a small cask typically holding about 10.8 US gallons or 41 liters)
We will take a portion of our goatman bock at peak fermentation and blend it with our 2 beers and then allow fermentation to complete and cold condition the beer for weeks.
