Chef Jesse will teach you how to make pasta from scratch using time-honored techniques from Italy. Combine semolina flour, eggs and water to create a pasta dough. Then, learn how to roll and cut the dough into pappardelle pasta. Next, you’ll make a delicious roasted garlic tomato sauce with crushed tomatoes, garlic, olive oil and Italian seasonings. Mix your pasta and sauce and enjoy your handmade feast.
