T4T4T 4 The Revolution
#T4T4T 4 The Revolution is a week-long artist retreat brought to you by the team behind the #T4T4T Festival, Baltimore’s first theater festival by and for trans artists. This retreat, centered on TGNC creatives across the DMV, will be the queer spring break camp of your dreams – especially if you dream of revolution. Join us for a week dedicated to building our skills of artistry and our skills of resistance, deepening our relationships as a community, and putting our values into practice as trans artists committed to collective liberation. Rest, Restore, Revolt!
After a kick-off brunch on Sunday March 15, we’ll spend the week with creative time, social gatherings and workshops in the evening: ranging from radical puppet-making to restorative somatic to Narcan training to basics of mending. Then during the final days of the retreat, we will put our learnings into action by making art (and making trouble) together, culminating in a public sharing of “Vignettes of the Revolution” on Saturday March 21.
