Tarsha Fitzgerald Productions Presents: Tribute to DISCO Featuring Signature Live!

Formerly known as About Time, Signature Live! was formed in the spring of 1994 in Southern Maryland. After almost five years of being “public-shy”, the group took on a challenge by booking a show at a local club in College Park, Maryland. About Time was allowed a maximum of 30 minutes performance time. It was the most exciting 30 minutes of the band members’ lives, and it opened a variety of doors for the group. They started out with a very light performance schedule of one to two shows a month. Without the guidance of an agent or manager, the group enforced its own rule of allowing themselves to all be the point of contact. It was an unusual agreement that worked out well.

However, as the years went by, the gig scheduling increased, with most clients using Dee (vocalist) as their first point of contact. Gaining a good rapport with both clients and musicians, the group strongly encouraged Dee to take on full charge of the band. On January 1, 2005, the group was renamed to “SIGNATURE LIVE!”.

Today, Signature Live! continues to hold the reputation of being a multi-faceted live entertainment band. The present musical styles satisfy fans with tunes beginning from the baby-boomer’s generation to today’s top 40 songs. Their success can be attributed to their motto: “Taking You Back & Bringing You Back— The Party Act!™.

A Signature Live! performance is highly entertaining with something for everyone; uniquely delivering its promise of versatility, showcasing Motown, jazz, pop, specialty tribute acts/themes, disco, neo-soul, classic rock and hip-hop, successfully challenging whatever the occasion presents. Signature Live! has ambitiously cultivated a musical identity shaped by good cover tune music. Their limitless barrage of multi-genre music influences the relentless demonstration of “An Act”.
