FAQ

  • How long does it take to ship my order?

      Shipping takes approximately about 2-8 days (based on distance from Baltimore).

  • How can I track my order?

      Tracking numbers will be sent for all shipments. When your order is shipped you will receive an email with a subject of “Your order is on its way!” which will contain the tracking number. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it arrive, and if you still don’t see it please contact us.

  • Can I ship to a different address other than my billing address?

      Yes. As you checkout, you will be asked for your billing address and your shipping address. If you supply a separate shipping address, your order will ship to that address.

  • How are shipping rates calculated?

      All orders under $100 will be charged, $8 for shipping. Orders over $100 will qualify for free shipping

  • What are the taxes calculated on purchases?

      We collect sales tax in accordance with state laws. This will be calculated automatically at checkout. Sales tax may be added to the following states: AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, NC, NJ, NY, NV, OH, OK, PA, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WI, WY.

       

  • How do I make a return of an item?

      Please email orders@baltimore.org to request a return.

      Package and ship your items to the following address:

  • How many days do I have to return a purchased item?

      Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

  • How do you handle refunds & canceled orders?

      Upon receipt of the returned item(s) an email confirming your refund will be sent to the email address used when placing the order. Refunds take approximately 10-20 business days for processing once the item has been received at our facility.

      If a request to cancel an order comes in prior to the order being shipped, a full refund can be provided. If the request to cancel is received after the item has shipped, you will need to refer to the instructions for “How do I make a return of an item?” above. All shipping charges on returned items are non-refundable.

  • Do you offer exchanges?

      We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size or new item, you will have to place a new order and return the unwanted item according to the instructions for returns above.

  • Do you ship internationally?

      We do not offer international shipping for our current selection of products at this time.

  • What payment methods are accepted?

      We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express (AMEX), and Discover.

  • When will the payment method be charged?

      Payments for your card will be charged immediately upon purchase of products. Charges will be coming from “Visit Baltimore”.
