The Afghan Whigs

The Afghan Whigs bring their Soft Control Tour 2026 to Baltimore, joined by Night Moves. Known for a distinctive blend of alternative rock and soulful R&B inflections, the band built a devoted following with emotionally charged songwriting and shadowy, cinematic textures. Their acclaimed catalog includes the albums Congregation, Gentlemen and Black Love, while more recent releases such as Do to the Beast and In Spades show the band continuing to evolve. With Night Moves also on the bill, the concert offers an evening of richly textured rock and a chance to hear a long-running band’s distinctive sound live.
