Welcome to Nevermore High School’s Class of 1849 Gothic Prom Night! This party is a scream-filled trip down memory lane, taking you way, way back to the chilling vibes of the 1840s! Dance to the beat of synthwave, strike killer poses in the retro photo booth, sip on the blood-red punch that’ll make your hairspray stand on end, then dance til you drop at the Rav’n Dance Off! Poe-rom-pose to the nearest corpse and make some more memories to DIE for.
Tickets are all-inclusive for food, beer/ wine, and entertainment. Dress to impress, walk our Gothic Red Carpet and pose for Poe Prom photos!!
The evening’s entertainment includes:
- Private Viewing & Reception at ” Poe in Comics” and “Poe Death Exhibit”
- Winners of the 2023 Saturday ‘Visiter’ Awards, presented by writer and producer Rodney Barnes

- And of course… stories and poems by Edgar Allan Poe

Includes early entry and welcome on the historic Westminster Hall organ, enamel pin, plus a tour of the famed Westminster Catacombs with spiked punch bowl and special performance of Edgar Allan Poe’s “The Pit & the Pendulum” by actor Stephen Smith.
Poe Fest International is a free, two-day outdoor event featuring Poe-themed performances, art, vendors and food, celebrating Poe’s life, works and his influence in the arts. The festival will be directly across the street from Poe House at 203 N. Amity Street in Baltimore, in the newly-built “Poe Park” at Center/West.
