Unplugged Nature Walk & Sound Healing Experience with Rachel Lee Hovnanian and Cinnamon Brown
Join artist Rachel Lee Hovnanian and sound healer Cinnamon Brown for a two-part event at the Baltimore Museum of Art inspired by presence, attention and reconnection with the natural world.
Part One: Mindful Nature Walk
Step away from the digital noise and onto the BMA grounds for an unplugged, sensory nature walk guided by Rachel Lee Hovnanian and Cinnamon Brown. Guests are invited to surrender their phones to a secure location before setting out. This act of intentional disconnection mirrors the spirit of Rachel Lee Hovnanian’s immersive exhibition, Nature Deficit Disorder, taking place at BMA’s Spring House through May 31, 2026.
Part Two: Restorative Sound Healing
Following the walk, guests will move inside to Fox Court for a relaxing sound healing session led by Cinnamon Brown. Settle onto a yoga mat and let the resonant tones of various healing instruments wash over you, grounding the sensory experience from your time outdoors.
A truly restorative experience for the mind, body, and spiritno Wi-Fi required.
