Sip and stroll your way through the neighborhood with wine tastings from participating Harbor East restaurants, lite bites, local vendors, shopping specials, live entertainment, and plenty of Western charm. This year, leather meets lace for a romantic take on the Wild West—a little untamed, a little refined, with the spirit of Harbor East poured into every detail.
