Walk with Us to Cure Lupus- 20th Anniversary of our Walk Program!

This event has been postponed due to inclement weather. It is now being held virtually  after the storm passes and at the walkers’ convenience. 

Walk with Us to Cure Lupus is the Lupus Research Alliance’s signature national fundraising program devoted to finding a cure for lupus. This year we celebrate 20 years of memorable Walks around the country! Lupus is a chronic and complex autoimmune disease that affects millions of people worldwide. More than 90 percent of people with lupus are women, and it disproportionately affects women of color. In lupus, the immune system, which is designed to protect against infection, creates antibodies that can attack any part of the body including the kidneys, brain, heart, lungs, blood, skin, and joints. There is no fee to participate, but donations are appreciated. 100% of all donations go directly to lupus research programs.
