Motorcoach Parking

If you’re a motorcoach driver looking for a place to safely pick up and drop off your customers and park your vehicle, you’ve come to the right place. Please be advised that we recommend pre-purchasing parking (especially overnight parking) as soon as possible. We have a number of options for you listed below.

IMPORTANT! If you are looking for OVERNIGHT PARKING for your group, email Eric Masterton at [email protected] or call 410-659-7090 to start the COMPLIMENTARY, very easy, very quick process of securing rooms and guaranteed parking at a Baltimore hotel property. IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO FIND GUARANTEED OVERNIGHT PARKING ANY OTHER WAY.

Drop Off/Pick Up Area #1: 401 Light Street (Baltimore Visitor Center)

This is an off-street location designated for motorcoaches dropping off customers for boat tours, the HarborPlace Pavilions, Inner Harbor attractions and restaurants. Long term parking is not advised here, but as long as the driver is with the vehicle, waiting for short periods for customers is usually permissible. Learn more about the Baltimore Visitor Center.

Drop Off/Pick Up Area #2: 501 East Pratt Street (National Aquarium)

This is an off-street location designated for the National Aquarium and the HarborPlace Pavilions and restaurants. Long term parking is not permitted here.

Downtown Daily and Overnight Parking at 401 South Charles Street

This lot at 401 South Charles Street is adjacent to the Inner Harbor, perfect for small to large vehicles and available for daily parking as well as overnight parking. Its location allows drivers to accompany groups exploring the Inner Harbor or taking a harbor cruise.

Tour Operators can reserve parking here. Directions from the Visitor Center to 401 South Charles are available here.

On-Street Parking

Baltimore City also has dedicated on-street parking for motorcoaches. While these are not located in the Inner Harbor, they are less expensive and are spread throughout the greater downtown area at 500 Guilford Avenue (uptown) and 1400 Eastern Avenue (Harbor East). Access these parking options here.
