Free Livestream Performance by Baltimore Boom Bap Society in Partnership with Baltimore CeaseFire

On Thursday, March 11 from 12-1pm ET the Baltimore Boom Bap Society will present an original livestream performance of improvised, collaborative hip hop to inaugurate the newly created Racial Justice Concert Series, a joint production of Johns Hopkins’ students, faculty, and staff. DJ/producers Wendel Patrick and DJ Dubble8 will host guest vocalist and emcee J Pope and bassist Jeron White to create a series of live, improvised compositions. Baltimore Ceasefire representatives will also share more about their critical work in the local movement for racial justice and how viewers can get involved. The free performance will be streamed live via Youtube from Baltimore’s Creative Alliance.
