Maryland Fleet Week and Flyover Baltimore 2022

Maryland’s cherished event is back in person and even more exciting! The Maryland Fleet Week legacy continues in 2022–celebrating the rich maritime traditions of the Chesapeake Bay with visiting Navy and local ships as well as  a variety of vessels (large and small).

Maryland Fleet Week, presented by Northrop Grumman, is coming back to Baltimore’s port this September 7-13, 2022.

New this year, experience the Fleet, Flights and Festival all together in Baltimore’s Inner Harbor with Flyover Baltimore. Enjoy seeing a variety of military aircraft in the skies while enjoying the free, family-friendly fun festival with your feet spanning from Rash Field to Pier 5.

Get an insider perspective into the Fleet & Flights through live Q & A, virtual ship tours and more with our Virtual Experience 2.0.

Catch the wind and get on board to celebrate Maryland Fleet Week & Flyover Baltimore with Historic Ships in Baltimore, Living Classrooms Foundation, the US Navy, Sail Baltimore, the City of Baltimore and the State of Maryland along with many other partners.

Maryland Fleet Week and Flyover Baltimore will follow all CDC as well as state and local guidelines while executing our event this September. As Fleet Week is mainly an outdoor event, social distancing will be encouraged and when not possible masking will be recommended based on personal preference and health and vaccination status. When boarding both foreign and domestic vessels, visitors may need to follow specific rules and regulations based on the vessel. These rules and regulations for visitation will be communicated before our event to the best of our ability. If any visitor is not feeling well, we encourage you to stay home and join our event virtually.

Maryland Fleet Week & Flyover Baltimore is presented by title sponsor Northrop Grumman along with Historic Ships in Baltimore, a program of Living Classrooms Foundation, the United States Navy, Maryland Office of Tourism Development, City of Baltimore, Baltimore County and Martin State Airport. Additional partners include Air Support, Army Corps of Engineers, Maryland Port Administration, NOAA and Sail Baltimore. Community Partners include Visit Baltimore, Waterfront Partnership and Downtown Partnership.
