A Nightmare on 22nd Street

From September 15- October 31, visitors can expect a colorful and theatrical Halloween environment featuring elaborate lighting, pumpkins and gourds, hay bales, cornstalks, scarecrows, skeletons, tombstones, larger-than-life creatures, projected imagery, theatrical shadows, fog and other surprises throughout the block.
Purple, orange, green, blue and amber lighting transforms Baltimore’s historic architecture after dark, while decorated trees, stoops, gardens and sidewalks become part of a unified Halloween landscape. On Halloween night, visitors can expect a family-friendly safe space with street closure for trick or treating, carnival style games and bounce houses.
