Fairs & Festivals

Who doesn’t love a good festival? Baltimore knows how to celebrate nearly any event you can think of – and some you never would have thought of.

Love a good beehive? Attend Hampden’s annual HonFest, celebrating the local tradition of calling everyone “hon.” In Federal Hill, take in some tunes at the Federal Hill Jazz and Blues Festival. If you know what D&D means, hit up Balticon around Memorial Day. The LGBT community holds a huge festival for Baltimore Pride, while fantastic musicians and local artisans put on a show during the SoWeBo (short for Southwest Baltimore) Arts and Music Festival.
