CIAA Shuttle Route

Hop on a free shuttle to get you around during tournament week.

Shuttles run Wed., Feb. 28 through Sat., March 3 from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. Routes stop at CIAA hotels, CFG Bank Arena, the Baltimore Convention Center and Power Plant Live*.

*Power Plant Live stop available Thursday-Saturday only.

Youth Sports Clinic

Students are welcomed with a healthy breakfast and then escorted to orientation to learn about opportunities and discuss longevity in collegiate sports and the sports industry with CIAA leadership and some local and national sports legends. After orientation, a team of local coaches and trainers work with the students on their physical sports development and soft skills through a series of workshops. The sports clinic offers a holistic approach to athletic development, so special guest speakers also touch on topics like mental health and wellness. The day is filled with fun, work, and education to help develop a well-rounded athlete.

Health & Mental Wellness Summit

The Health and Wellness Summit is a series of panel discussions focused on mental health and health disparities within the African American community. We will be tapping some of our local athletes and medical professionals to lend their expertise to help the panels delve into a variety of topics that affect our student-athletes and our community at large, like mental health, nutrition, diabetes, etc.

Tech Summit House

The Tech Summit House has become a staple at CIAA Tournament Week. Attracting some of tech’s brightest minds from the African American Community, our panel discussions foster conversations around growing ecosystems, career opportunities, digital equity, and upcoming innovations. Our Summit has showcased exhibitions by Google, Dell, plus local emerging tech companies. This event convenes tech creatives and celebrates tech, music & culture. Hosted by Big Fred.

Money Moves Financial Summit

The Money Moves Summit will be transformative to many as we share the knowledge to help grow small businesses and supply them with practical tools for sustainability in this ever-changing economy. Key business leaders, policymakers and serial entrepreneurs will provide actionable insights and foster discussions on the issues that matter most to our business community. Collaborating with corporate, local business leaders and real estate groups, panel discussions will highlight all of the business and economic opportunities within the Baltimore sector and give tools to help small businesses flourish.
